RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

Further to the announcement made on 28 June 2010, the Board of Creston is pleased to announce that the resolution to approve the Disposal of the DLKW Group as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 28 June 2010 was duly passed at the General Meeting held at 9.30 a.m. today.

Two copies of the resolution will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

Completion of the Disposal is expected to take place on 14 July 2010.
