Management Resource Solutions PLC, a leading Maintenance, Fabrication, Civil and Earthworks company, announces that, further to the General Meeting held earlier today, 18 April 2019, the special resolution that was proposed failed to achieve the requisite 75% majority and therefore, did not pass.
