Result of General Meeting
Further to the announcement on 26 March 2020 regarding the conditional Subscription and Placing to raise £9.5 million (before expenses) at a price of 10 pence per share, the Company announces that all Resolutions put to Shareholders in connection with the Subscription and Placing were duly passed.
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms within this announcement have the same meaning as those within the 'Definitions' section of the Company's announcement dated 26 March 2020 under RNS Number 6394H.
