ALCENTRA EUROPEAN FLOATING RATE INCOME FUND LIMITED

RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ("EGM")

The Board of Directors of Alcentra European Floating Rate Income Fund Limited (the "Company") were encouraged by the level of response from investors with holders representing 50.36% of the shares in issue voting in favour of the resolution tabled at today's Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") and none against. The Board of Directors are therefore pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution proposed was duly passed.
