Aurum Mining plc (AIM: AUR) is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
In addition, it is expected that a Circular (containing a notice of General Meeting) in respect of a capital payment to Shareholders of 15 pence per ordinary share will be posted shortly.
