Microgen plc - Result of AGM

Microgen plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held this morning all Resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 7 April 2015 were duly passed.

A copy of the resolutions passed at the AGM, other than ordinary business, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly.
