Result of AGM
Following its AGM on 7th June 2011 Augean is pleased to announce that all resolutions were duly passed. Each of the seven ordinary resolutions was passed with greater than 99% of votes cast in favour. The one special resolution (No.8) was passed with 97.34% of votes cast in favour.
