The Board of AFH, a leading financial planning led wealth management firm, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, except for Special Resolution 6 to disapply Section 560 of the Companies Act 2006 which did not reach the 75% majority of votes cast, all resolutions were duly passed.
