Result of AGM
Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration" or "the Company"), the natural resources exploration and development company with assets in the Pacific Rim region, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting were duly passed.
