The Board of Mulberry Group plc is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 17 June 2009 were duly passed.
The final dividend of 2.0p per ordinary share will be paid as proposed on 21 August 2009.
