RESULTS OF Annual General Meeting held on
Thursday 8 SEPTEMBER 2011
Polar Capital Holdings plc is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at its annual general meeting ("AGM") held on 8 September 2011 were unanimously passed on a show of hands.
