RESULT OF AGM

Global Energy Development PLC, the South America focused petroleum production and development company (AIM: GED) with operations in Colombia, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company held earlier today, all the resolutions were duly passed. The Company also announces it has appointed Ms. Anna Williams as Finance Director. Mr. Elmer Johnston will now serve as Company Secretary and General Counsel, with immediate effect.
