Result of AGM, confirmation of name change and details of new website
Cronin Group Plc, the AIM listed company focusing on digitizing chemistry, announces that all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.
As a result, the Company confirms that as of 08:00 a.m. on 17 May 2018, its shares will trade under the new name DeepMatter Group Plc and the TIDM 'DMTR'. The Company confirms that there is no change to the Company's ISIN: GB00B29YYY86.
The Company's new website will be available from 07:00 am on 17 May 2018 and can be found at www.deepmatter.io.
