At the Company's Annual General Meeting held at J.P. Morgan Cazenove, 20 Moorgate, London on the 2nd June 2009 at 3.00pm all resolutions were passed on a poll.
The Company has lodged with the FSA two copies of all resolutions passed at the Company's AGM plus a schedule of voting by poll.
