Microgen plc - Result of AGM

Microgen plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held this morning all Resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 10 March 2014 were duly passed.

A copy of the resolutions passed at the AGM, other than ordinary business, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly.
