The People's Operator (AIM: TPOP), the cause-based commercial mobile virtual network operator, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all Resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
Following the Company's announcement of 7.00 a.m. this morning, Resolution 4, regarding the reappointment of Mark Epstein as a Director of the Company, was withdrawn and not put to shareholders.
