Result of AGM
The Board announces that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions proposed, other than special resolution 9 to disapply statutory pre-emption rights, were duly passed on a show of hands.
The result of a poll in relation to special resolution 9 was 63,972,467 (51.78%) in favour, 59,583,572 (48.22%) against and the resolution was therefore not passed.
