Watchstone Group plc (LON:WTG) announces that all the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting, held earlier today were duly passed.

Resolution 8 proposed the cancellation of admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Under the AIM Rules, it is requirement that the Cancellation must be approved by not less than 75 per cent of votes cast by Shareholders at a General Meeting of the Company. Following approval, cancellation will now take effect after five clear Business Days have passed and the Cancellation is expected to take effect at 7:00 a.m. on 7 July 2021. All references to time in this announcement are to London time.
The Ordinary Shares will continue to trade on the Acquis Stock Exchange.
