GW Pharmaceuticals PLC ("GW Pharmaceuticals"): Annual General Meeting

Porton Down, UK, 24 March 2010: GW Pharmaceuticals (AIM: GWP) hereby provides notification that all resolutions set out in the notice of meeting were duly proposed to shareholders and passed.

During the meeting, the Chairman announced that Hans Schram, non-executive Director since 2003, had indicated that, later in 2010, following Sativex UK and Spanish approvals, it is his intention to retire from his non-executive role once the company has identified a suitable replacement.
