Result of Annual General Meeting
Entu (UK) plc '(Entu'), the home improvement group providing energy efficiency products and services to homeowners in the UK, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly passed.
The final dividend of 2.67p per share payable will be paid on 6 May 2016 to ordinary shareholders on the register at 8 April 2016.
