Result of AGM and EGM
RM2 International S.A. ("RM2" or the "Company"), the vertically-integrated innovator in pallet development, manufacture, supply and management, confirms that all of the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting held on 24 June 2014 were duly passed.
