The Company announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.
As a result of the passing of resolutions 5 and 6, Shareholders have approved the extension of the redemption date of the £185,000 in nominal amount of convertible unsecured loan notes 2014 now in issue to 31 October 2015 and have approved the issue of a further £90,000 loan notes which expire on the same day.
