Completion of Audited Results and Restoration of Trading
Further to the announcement issued earlier today, the Company is pleased to announce that it has completed and released its audited annual results for the year ended 31 December 2010. The audited results have been published on the Company's website and are available for download at www.ecocityvehicles.com. Hard copies of the Annual Report and Accounts are also being posted to shareholders today.
As a result, the restoration of trading in the Company's shares will take effect from 07.30 am Monday, 4 July 2011.
