Response to Press Speculation and Update on Suspension

Daniel Stewart Securities plc notes the recent press speculation regarding a potential investment in the Company. The Company confirms that discussions are ongoing but that there can be no certainty that an investment will be made. A further announcement will be made in due course

The Company's ordinary shares will remain suspended until such time as it publishes its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2014.
