Resignation of Nominated Adviser
Metals Exploration announces that, Canaccord Genuity Limited has resigned as Nominated Adviser to the Company with effect from 14 April 2019. Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if no replacement Nominated Adviser is appointed at that time the shares in the Company will be suspended from trading and if, within one month of that date, no replacement Nominated Adviser is appointed the admission of the Company's securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
The Company advises that it is in advanced discussions with a replacement nominated adviser although no agreement has yet been finalised.
