Resignation of Group Finance Director

City of London Group plc announces that Howard Goodbourn has resigned as Group Finance Director with effect from 18 March 2016 to pursue full time business interests. Howard's role has not been full time since 30 September 2015 and he will not be directly replaced; his duties will be assumed by other COLG staff. The financial management of COLG's two investee businesses, Credit Asset Management Limited and Trade Finance Partners Limited, continues to include their own full time Finance Directors. The Board wishes to thank Howard for his contribution to COLG over the past 4 years.
