For Immediate Release 19 December 2005 LiDCO Group plc Resignation of a Director LiDCO, the AIM-traded cardiovascular monitoring group, announces theresignation of Mr Bert Wiegman, non-executive director, with immediate effect.Dr O'Brien said: "Bert has provided us with excellent support and advice overthe last four and a half years. His experience was instrumental in helping usto successfully float on the AIM market in July 2001 and has been invaluablesince then. Bert is replaced by Ian Brown - whose appointment to the Board wasannounced on 12 October 2005.
