Repurchase of own shares

Conygar announces that, in accordance with the terms of the general authority to make market purchases of its own shares granted to it by shareholders of the Company on 21 December 2018, the Company acquired 2,930,845 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") on 21 November 2019 at a price of 135 pence per Share. The acquired shares will be held in treasury. Liberum Capital Limited completed the acquisition on the Company's behalf pursuant to the share buy-back programme announced on 1 October 2019.

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, Conygar advises that, at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital comprises 53,591,590 Shares (excluding 2,930,845 Shares held as treasury shares). Therefore, the Company's total number of Shares with voting rights is 53,591,590.

The above figure of 53,591,590 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
