Accordingly, a total of53,903,834 B Shares, representing 94.90 per cent. of the B Shares originally inissue, have now been redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditionsattaching to the B Shares. The Company may, at its discretion, redeem theremaining 2,896,336 B Shares at any time and will be obliged to do so no laterthan 31 December 2008.
