Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that its subsidiary, The Share Centre Limited, on 8 December 2016, sold 20,000 of the shares it held in the London Stock Exchange Group plc, reducing this holding to 100,000 shares. The sale realised proceeds of £540,011.50 which will serve to further strengthen the Company's balance sheet.
