The Board of Directors of Endesa, S.A. has, upon a proposal received from the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, agreed to re-elect and appoint the following persons to the Executive Committee attached to the Board of Directors: Borja Prado Eulate, Alejandro Echevarría Busquet and Ignacio Garralda Ruíz de Velasco.
