Confirmation of Board Changes/Appointment of Director

Fenner PLC, a world leader in reinforced polymer technology, is pleased to confirm that the board changes announced on 10th November 2010 have now taken place as of 1st March 2011.

Nicholas Hobson (52) has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Mark Abrahams has taken up his role as Non Executive Chairman. Colin Cooke has retired from the Board after serving as Non Executive Chairman from 1993.

There are no disclosures required in respect of Nicholas Hobson under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the Listing Rules.
