The following announcement is made by Tex Holdings plc:-

The Board of Tex Holdings plc are pleased to announce the appointment of Christian Ross as CFO/Finance Director designate. Christian has joined Tex from SKF where he served seven years as Group Finance Director of SKF Cooper and the past three years as Vice-President of SKF's Canadian Operations.

The Tex Holdings plc financial statements were submitted to Companies House on 25th June 2020. Copies of the financial statements have been posted to Shareholders. The Group financial statements are now available to view on the Companies House website.

The FCA has posed questions in relation to the 2019 audited financial statements submitted to them on 25th June 2020 and the Company has responded accordingly.
