Quarterly dividend update

The Board of ContourGlobal announces that it has approved a quarterly dividend, for the three months ended 30 June 2022, of USD 4.9115 cents per share, equivalent to $32.3 million. This dividend reflects the Group's target of 10% year-on-year dividend growth supported by ContourGlobal's strong and predictable cash flow generation.

The quarterly dividend will be paid on 9 September 2022 to shareholders on the register at 26 August 2022 as follows:

Dividend per share in USD: 4.9115 cents per share

Exchange rate: GB£1 = US$1.211644

Dividend per share in GBP: 4.0536 pence per share

Ex-dividend date: 25 August 2022

Record date: 26 August 2022

Payment date: 9 September 2022
