Results for Helios Towers Ltd. for the 3 and 9 months ended 30 September 2019 (periods prior to listing of Helios Towers plc and announced under the terms of its listed bonds)

As required under the terms of its bond, Helios Towers Ltd. has today published its results for the 3 month and 9 month periods ended 30 September 2019. These results will be made available and disclosed shortly after this announcement via the Regulatory News Service (London Stock Exchange) and the Regulatory Information Service of the Irish Stock Exchange (Euronext Dublin).

As part of a corporate reorganisation at the time of the IPO of Helios Towers plc in October 2019, Helios Towers Ltd became a wholly owned subsidiary within the Helios Towers plc group of companies.
