Purchase of Ordinary Shares by Director
The Company announces that Phil Hickman, Non-Executive Chairman, through PGH Business Solutions Limited, a company owned and controlled by him, yesterday purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in Earthport at a price of 20.8 pence per share.
Phil Hickman's total shareholding in Earthport is 100,000 shares representing 0.05% of the entire issued share capital.
