Publication of Prospectus and Circular

The board of directors are pleased to announce that Triple Point VCT 2011 plc has issued a prospectus and circular relating to an offer for Venture Shares to raise £15 million (the "Offer")*, following approval from the UK Listing Authority.

*If the Offer is oversubscribed it may be increased to £30 million at the Directors' discretion.

The Offer is now open and is expected to close on 30 August 2019 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date. A copy of the prospectus and the circular will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism located at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and may be viewed on the Triple Point website: www.triplepoint.co.uk
