Notes due 2040 (ISIN XS2678312203) (the "Notes"), Series 2023-3, issued by London Power Networks plc (the "Issuer") under the GBP 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") of the Issuer, Eastern Power Networks plc and South Eastern Power Networks plc.
