Proposed Placing and Open Offer to raise US$35 million - Timetable Update

Further to the announcement released on 25 June 2010 in relation to the Company's proposed Placing and Open Offer, the Company today announces that the date on which Open Offer Entitlements will be credited to stock accounts of certain Qualifying DI Holders and the expected enablement of Open Offer Entitlements held in CREST is today, 28 June 2010, and not on 29 June 2010. All other expected timings remain unchanged.
