Dividend The Board of Directors of Ventus VCT plc will propose, at the 2009 annual general meeting, a final dividend of 3.00 pence per share for the financial year ended 28 February 2009. If approved, this would result in a total annual dividend of 4.50 pence per share for the financial year ended 28 February 2009 as an interim dividend of 1.50 pence per share has already been paid. The final dividend would be paid on 14 July 2009 to all shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 12 June 2009 and the shares would become ex-dividend on 10 June 2009.
