02.03.2022 - Report 5/2022: Information on the proposed distribution of net profit for 2021
Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") hereby informs that on March 2, 2022, the Management Board of the Bank adopted, in a form of a resolution, the motion of the Management Board of the Bank regarding the proposed distribution of net profit for the year 2021 in the amount of PLN 2,236,829,360.84, assuming the allocation of the amount of 1,128,621,146.20 PLN for dividend and the amount of PLN 1,108,208,214.64 for reserve capital. Proposed dividend per one share is PLN 4.3.
Motion of Management Board of the Bank received positive opinion from Supervisory Board of the Bank.
