Concurrent Technologies PlcProduct LaunchStrengthening of product range in wireless communication and VoIP sectorConcurrent Technologies Plc ("Concurrent" or the "Company"), a world leadingspecialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer productsused in the defence, transportation, communications and industrial markets,announces the launch of its latest product, the PR AMC/33x; an AdvancedMezzanine Card for use in advanced telecommunication systems.This new product, which is the first of a new product range, combines featuresand innovations that are characteristic of Concurrent. The product is designedto augment the new Advanced Telecom Computing Architecture (AdvancedTCA) whichis becoming very popular with telecommunications equipment suppliers. Inaddition the PR AMC/33x has been developed for use in the emerging new highperformance switched-fabric based bus standard called MicroTCA. The product istargeted at applications such as wireless base stations, security, test andmeasurement systems, Voice over IP (VoIP), media-servers or blade-servers.
