Preliminary Unaudited Net Asset Value announcement for 31 December 2018

The Board of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC is pleased to announce a preliminary unaudited net asset value of 412.2p per share as at 31 December 2018.

The preliminary unaudited net asset value has been calculated using the underlying managers' latest valuations (including those received since 31 December 2018), which remain subject to review by the Board of Directors and audit by KPMG LLP.

Based on those valuations, as at 31 December 2018, the Company's unlisted investments were valued at £75.2m. The Company also held cash balances of £5.7m and net current assets of £4.2m making a total net assets position of £85.1m.

Following the year end the unlisted investment in Litalsa was realised generating proceeds of £3.9m. Litalsa was valued at the realised proceeds at 31 December 2018.

The audited net asset value per share will be published around 15 March 2019.
