Postponement of Board Meeting and Record Date

Sub: Proposal of interim dividend for Financial Year 2010-11 - Postponement of Board Meeting and Record Date

This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated November 23, 2010.

This is to inform that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is re-scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 23rd. December, 2010 instead of 10th December, 2010. The Board in its said meeting is likely to consider, inter-alia, proposal of interim dividend.

'RECORD DATE' will be Tuesday, the 28th December, 2010, for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if so approved by the Board in its said meeting and it will be paid from 31st December, 2010 onwards.
