POSTING OF CIRCULAR
Further to the announcement yesterday regarding the proposed Placing of 18,867,925 new Ordinary Shares, the Company confirms that the Circular has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website at www.draperesprit.com/investors/plc/aim-rules.
Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those within the Company's announcement on 21 January 2018. Placing Shares means 18,867,925 new Ordinary Shares which are to be placed in accordance with the terms of the Placing, conditional inter alia on the passing of Resolutions 1 and 2.
