Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 March 2015 were today posted to shareholders together with a notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held at the Company's registered office at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP on 14 September 2015 at 9.30am.
