Idox plc (AIM: IDOX)  a leading supplier of software and services to the public sector and industry, announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at 10.30am at Fairfax House, 15 Fulwood Place, London, WC1V 6AY on Friday 24 February 2017.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 October 2016 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted today to those shareholders who have requested hard copies. Electronic copies will be made available on the Company's website at www.idoxplc.com.
