CloudCoCo Group plc (AIM: CLCO.L), formerly Adept4 plc, the AIM quoted provider of IT as a Service, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended30 September 2019, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, has been posted to shareholders. Copies of these documents are also available on the Company's website at www.cloudcoco.co.uk.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 1.00 p.m. (GMT) on Tuesday 31 March 2020 at the offices of DAC Beachcroft, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF.
