Bagir (AIM: BAGR), the designer, creator and supplier of innovative formalwear tailoring, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 ("Annual Report") together with a Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
