Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

PhotonStar LED Group plc (AIM: PSL, "PhotonStar" or "the Group"), the British designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting solutions, announces that it has posted to shareholders copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013. A copy is also available on the Company's website www.photonstarled.com.
